বাড়ি থেকে অস্ত্র-গুলি উদ্ধার।

নগরীর রূপসা স্ট্যান্ড রোডে খুলনা জেলা আওয়ামী লীগ সভাপতি শেখ হারুনুর রশিদের বাড়ির চতুর্থ তলা থেকে একটি রাইফেল, রাইফেলের ১৩ রাউন্ড গুলি, চারটি গুলির খোসা, একটি রিভলবার, রিভলবারের ২০ রাউন্ড গুলি, গুলির দুটি চার্জার ও ২৫০টি ভারতীয় রুপির নোট উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। অভিযানের সময় বাড়িতে কাউকে পাওয়া যায়নি।
খুলনা জেলা আওয়ামী লীগের সভাপতি ও জেলা পরিষদের সাবেক চেয়ারম্যান শেখ হারুনুর রশিদের বাড়ি থেকে একটি রাইফেল, একটি রিভলবারসহ গুলি ও ভারতীয় মুদ্রা রুপি উদ্ধার করেছে যৌথ বাহিনী।
মঙ্গলবার দুপুরে খুলনা মেট্রোপলিটন পুলিশের (কেএমপি) এক সংবাদ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়।
কেএমপির অতিরিক্ত উপ-কমিশনার (মিডিয়া) আহসান হাবীব স্বাক্ষরিত ওই বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়েছে, ১১ নভেম্বর সোমবার ভোর রাতে পুলিশ ও সেনাবাহিনীর সমন্বয়ে যৌথ বাহিনী নগরীর রূপসা স্ট্যান্ড রোডে শেখ হারুনুর রশিদের বাড়িতে অভিযান চালায়।
এ সময় বাড়ির চতুর্থ তলা থেকে একটি রাইফেল, রাইফেলের ১৩ রাউন্ড গুলি, রাইফেলের গুলির চারটি খোসা, একটি রিভলবার, রিভলবারের ২০ রাউন্ড গুলি, রাইফেলের গুলির দুটি চার্জার, পিস্তলের কভার একটি, রাইফেলের কভার একটি, ২৫০টি ভারতীয় রুপির নোট উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে। অভিযানের সময় বাড়িতে কাউকে পাওয়া যায়নি।
খুলনা থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) শেখ মনির উল গিয়াস জানান, এ ঘটনায় ১১ নভেম্বর সদর থানার এসআই রেজওয়ান ইসলাম বাদী হয়ে মামলা করেছেন।
