রায়পুরায় পুলিশের সাঁড়াশি অভিযান: সন্ত্রাসী সোহেলের আস্তানা থেকে বিপুল অস্ত্র উদ্ধার, শিশুর ওপর হামলার ঘটনায় তীব্র প্রতিক্রিয়া।

নরসিংদীর রায়পুরা উপজেলার শ্রীনগর ইউনিয়নে সন্ত্রাসী হামলায় এক শিশু গুরুতর আহত হওয়ার পর এলাকাজুড়ে তীব্র উত্তেজনা বিরাজ করছে। এ ঘটনার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে সোমবার (৯ জুন) সকাল ৮টা থেকে দিনব্যাপী সাঁড়াশি অভিযান চালিয়েছে পুলিশ। অভিযানে বিপুল পরিমাণ দেশীয় অস্ত্র, দুটি রেজিস্ট্রেশনবিহীন মোটরসাইকেল ও বিভিন্ন সরঞ্জাম জব্দ করা হয়।

নরসিংদীর অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার (ক্রাইম অ্যান্ড অপস) সুজন চন্দ্র সরকার জানান, পুলিশ সুপার আব্দুল হান্নান-এর নির্দেশনায় রায়পুরা সার্কেলের সিনিয়র সহকারী পুলিশ সুপার, রায়পুরা থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি), জেলা গোয়েন্দা (ডিবি) পুলিশ ও থানা পুলিশের সমন্বয়ে এ অভিযান পরিচালিত হয়।

তবে অভিযানের সময় অভিযুক্ত সন্ত্রাসী সোহেল ও তার সহযোগীরা পালিয়ে যায়, ফলে কাউকে গ্রেপ্তার করা সম্ভব হয়নি।
